Entry Level Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida in the heart of Coral Gables for a property management group that is growing.
This position involves handling various accounting functions, managing Accounting Software Systems, and multi unit properties.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable, and be proficient in Accounting Software Systems and versed in Excel.
Responsibilities :
- Handle daily accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Yardi for various accounting tasks
- Ensure accurate check processing and accounting records
- Assist with the resolution of accounting inquiries
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
- Maintain accurate customer credit records
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
