Level Required for Primary Skill : Intermediate (5-7 years experience)
- End-to-End Captive Experience : Bring deep, direct experience standing up and operating a captive preferably in the auto, industrial equipment, tech. / fintech sectors.
- Comprehensive Value Chain Expertise : Demonstrate strong knowledge and operational experience across core captive functions including but not limited to Dealer Credit Management, Product Management, Originations, Servicing and Collections etc.
- Operations : Provide subject matter expertise with captive operations, drawing on practical experience to identify key process, compliance, and performance levers.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Drive client conversations and sessions with client executives to capture business objectives, current pain points, and expectations for the captive solution.
- Business Case Development : Support build and articulate compelling, data-driven business cases for captive formation and enhancement; translate findings into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
- Tech Landscape Leadership : Advise on the technology ecosystem required for captive operations, including platform selection, integration needs, and IT security.
- Software & Cost Analysis : Understand the cost structure and functional strengths of leading captive software partners; conduct cost / benefit analysis addressing core platforms and solutions.
- Status Tracking and Reporting : Drive weekly status updates and weekly reporting for internal and client reviews.
- Documentation : Draft deliverables including feasibility reports, executive summaries, recommendations, and presentation materials for client reviews.
