Life and Health Insurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support the sales activities of their Individual Life Insurance sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Sales Desk phone line for inquiries related to product information, rates, and service issues

Educate clients through calls and meetings to enhance the company's value proposition to financial advisors

Assist the sales team with product inquiries, illustrations, and marketing material orders while supporting calling campaigns

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Life and Health Insurance license required within the first 3 months of employment

Relevant customer service experience with an aptitude for sales

Previous life insurance experience required; life sales experience strongly preferred

Strong technical / computer skills and ability to work in a team environment
