This company is a leader in producing rubber and plastic injection-molded products for aerospace, medical, and industrial industries—operating over 250 machines and processing more than 1,400 tons of material daily.

As a Press Operator Technician (3rd Shift), you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining production machines to keep operations running smoothly. Your mechanical skills will directly impact production success, quality, and efficiency.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you can start with Verstela and be hired permanently with long-term growth potential.

Press Operator Technician (3rd Shift) Duties :

Set up and adjust machines for production runs

Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

Document setup parameters and quality checks

Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S standards

Schedule :  3rd Shift – Overnight | Sunday–Thursday, 10 : 30 p.m. – 6 : 30 a.m.

Pay :  $23.70 per hour (Overnight shift differential included)

Press Operator Technician (3rd Shift) Requirements :

At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical or troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and follow setup instructions, schematics, or blueprints

Strong communication skills to work with operators and supervisors

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours
