Compensation : $75,000 - $80,000 / year

Description

We're looking for an Underwriting Liaison who thrives on making things happen. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert connecting underwriting and our TPO clients-coordinating loan conditions, streamlining workflows, and ensuring nothing gets in the way of progress.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Act as the primary contact of the conditions submission and clearing process / review, and as the liaison and coordinator between the TPO client and Underwriting.
• Proactively managing all condition related follow-up to ensure they are collected from the TPO client and submitted to underwriting.
• Communicate effectively with TPO clients and team members to resolve issues or address questions related to loan documentation / conditions.
• Provide underwriting guidelines and condition subject matter expertise to the TPO client.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for collection and submission of loan conditions.
• Manage file organization, upload documents to systems, and maintain accurate records.
