Mission Yogurt is hiring a Front of House Manager for 4 of our locations inside the Denver International Airport, Root Down, D Bar, and The Bindery.
Mission Yogurt currently operates over 16 restaurants within the Denver Airport. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company at one of our well-established, award-winning locations, like Root Down, or join us at one of our new locations, The Bindery or D Bar, which are sure to become new staples!
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure our high standards are met!

What We Are Looking For :
Candidates with at least two years of restaurant management experience2 years of bar experience is requiredMust be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelinesPrevious experience as a FOH manager, Hospitality manager, Supervisor, Lead host, Guest service manager, ASM, General managerThe ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidaysJob Responsibilities :
Coordinates daily restaurant management operationsDelivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfactionResponds efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer feedbackUpholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt : Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and FlexibilitySets the tone for Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanlinessEstablishes open lines of communication between managers and employeesEnsures all operating and quality standards are metUpholds a professional and ethical management style and presentationResponsible for employee relations, new hire paperwork, terminations, evaluations, scheduling, etc.Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgmentEnsures safety and security of both guests and team membersPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and / or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion
