• Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Implement inventory control measures to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
• Manage reservations
• Full knowledge of drink and food menu allowing for upsetting and pairing
