Design Lead

We have a client looking for a Design Lead for a brand in the contemporary fashion market. Combining creative vision with proven leadership this person will be responsible for overseeing the creative and technical development of each style, ensuring alignment with our aesthetic and market position.

Key Requirements :

At least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead design position, specializing in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Eveningwear within the contemporary market.

A collaborative and motivating leader capable of guiding and inspiring a design team from concept to final production.

Proven ability to oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept development through final delivery.

Skilled in creating and managing tech packs, with a comprehensive understanding of the full design-to-production process.

Able to design and present four seasonal collections annually, ensuring alignment with brand vision, quality standards, and execution.

Must be able to work in the office 5 days / week.
