Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and experienced Salon / Barbershop Manager to lead and support our talented team of stylists, barbers, and front desk staff at our NEW location in South Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a background in the beauty or grooming industry, passionate about customer service, team development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the barbershop, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Manage and lead team, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations
• Uphold Floyd's 99 Barbershop standards
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Handle client concerns and feedback professionally
• Track sales, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Plan and promote marketing campaigns, special offers, and events
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
• Work closely with the owner & operations manager on business goals and improvements
