Receptionist
JOB OVERVIEW
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to proper person or department.
- Greet visitors and provide sign-in sheet and badges and other forms such as non-disclosure agreement, health screening questionnaire, etc... as necessary.
- Administer health screening / testing as necessary.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with dissemination of company policies, as needed.
- Maintain filing.
- Assist with event planning.
- Schedule meeting rooms for interviews.
- Assist with employee orientations, as needed.
- Operate security systems to include assignment of badges and preparing reports, as needed.
- Assist with expense reports.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with communications with head office, e.g. gather signatures, scan and send documents, etc.
- Assist Facilities by scheduling and receiving deliveries, coordinating tradesman visits, reporting equipment problems, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
High school diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional setting preferred.
- Video-conferencing scheduling experience preferred.
SKILLS
- Ability to communicate and present in a professional manner, both on the telephone and with clients and vendors.
- Proficient in alpha / numeric filing.
- Experience with MS Office preferred
- Ability to operate a fax machine and copier machine.
- Must follow company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Must be able to work with various levels of management and staff.
