Haul Road

Aware of work area trucks etc.

Communicate with hauled equipment

Understands stake's and boundary's

Able to identify soft and rough areas

Moves at a steady speed with a full moboard

Able to grade for positive drainage

Keep level and uniform

"Finish Blade"

Aware

Communicate

Understands stakes i.e. lines grades % of grades Blue Topps

Able to identify soft areas and material changes

Understands correct thickness of materials placing

Able to direct trucks and equipment of dumping patterns

Keeps level and uniform

Communicates with Water Truck and Roller

"Loader-Dirt"

Communicates

Understands stakes lines and grades

Able to stage equipment / trucks for 10+2 Loading

Keeps equipment close to loading area

Keeps uniform loads

Keeps loading area level, smooth and draining

Knowledge of proper loading procedures

"Loader Pipe"

Aware of surroundings, stakes, and ground personal

Communicates with Foreman / Top man

Understands plans for layout of material and staging

Understands different materials i.e. Rock sand backfill material

Able to move material without damaging

Keeps areas level and neat, piles drainable
