• Haul Road
• Aware of work area trucks etc.
• Communicate with hauled equipment
• Understands stakes and boundaries
• Able to identify soft and rough areas
• Moves at a steady speed with a full moboard
• Able to grade for positive drainage
• Keep level and uniform
