Behavioral Health Care Manager Job Highlights :

• Schedule : 8-5pm (1 hr. lunch), schedule can be self-managed based on visit schedule. The expectation is 2-3 days in the facility and the rest of the time work from home for documentation needs.
• Pay Range : $38-45 Hourly, plus mileage reimbursement

Behavioral Health Care Manager Job Responsibilities : Care manager on the LTC team in Northwest OH with behavioral health experience. The team is comprised of 10 care managers who have caseloads in long term care and assisted living facilities.
