We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will manage various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be capable of handling tasks for multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and proper approvals.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Perform data entry tasks, including journal entries and posting to the general ledger.
• Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks, Abila, or similar tools to streamline transaction recording and reporting.
• Analyze financial data with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support accounting operations for multiple entities, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to address accounting needs and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in corporate tax processes, including sales tax and corporate tax returns.
• Experience with journal entries and general ledger management.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Abila, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to manage financial tasks across multiple entities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
