Job Description

Olsson offers multidisciplinary design services for major companies worldwide. We design large hyperscale data center campuses across the U.S., providing opportunities to work on complex engineering projects. Our relationship-driven clients value our contributions to critical infrastructure that supports technological and connected communities.

As a Project Civil Engineer on our Data Center Civil Team, you will be a part of the firm's largest and most complex projects. You will serve as a project manager on some projects and lead design engineer on others. Prepare planning and design documents, process design calculations, and develop and maintain team and client standards. You may lead quality assurance / quality control and act as an advisor on complex projects. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, clients, and other consultants.

You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.

The salary range for this position correlates with Colorado and Illinois and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Colorado Pay Range

$113,000—$173,000 USD

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Illinois Pay Range

$106,000—$139,000 USD
