Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Project Direct at our Sacramento, CA location. The Mitigation Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mitigation projects, including initial contact, customer communication, dispatch, on-site procedures, estimation, billing, and collections. This role is key in ensuring seamless execution, upholding safety and quality standards, and achieving client satisfaction.

Location : Gold River, CA

Salary Range : $80,000- $100,000 + quarterly incentive structure

Key Responsibilities :

Initial Contact :

• Oversee response to incoming calls and accurate lead detail entry into DASH.
• Assign leads to the Mitigation Team, ensuring timely responses.

Customer Communication & Dispatch :

On-site Procedures :

Estimation & Billing :

Collections :  Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.
