Seeking Entry Level Social Services Assistant candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Social Services Assistant Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Entry Level Social Services Assistant) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Entry Level Social Services Assistant | Social Services Assistant [COC0056055]
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Maintain benefits records and update HRIS.
- Process benefits changes due to life events.
- Coordinate benefits orientations.
- Liaise with insurance providers on claims and issues.
Qualifications
