Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant :
Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for a portfolio of 10-12 properties.Execute bank and account reconciliations with precision.Provide accurate financial data to auditors, tax professionals, lenders, property managers, and stakeholders.Support annual budget development, recovery processes, 1099 filings, and sales tax reporting.Manage annual property tax payments and assist with tax return preparation, including K-1 distributions to partners.Contribute to construction draw preparation and other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Controller.Qualifications of the Senior Staff Accountant :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. CPA designation is a plus but not mandatory.Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Yardi is advantageous.5+ years of professional experience in accounting, with specific expertise in commercial real estate accounting required.#ZRCFS #inoct2025
