What You'll Do as the Senior Staff Accountant :

Oversee general ledger activities and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end close.

Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

Support AP, AR, and cash management processes as needed.

Assist with audits, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with leadership to streamline accounting processes and maintain GAAP compliance.

What You'll Bring as the Senior Staff Accountant :

3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and reconciliation work.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or SAP a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
