Key Responsibilities
Train customers on navigating and utilizing the software, addressing complex questions and support requests
Provide inbound call and email support to behavioral health professionals and practice administrators
Maintain support documentation by logging information in customer support software
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
2+ years of experience working remotely
Experience in a high-volume call center or phone support role is a plus
Experience with multichannel customer support / help desk software is a plus
Excellent computer and technical problem-solving skills required
