New Opportunity : Director of Finance - Non Profit
Location : Richmond, CA (On-site first 60–90 days, then hybrid)
Reports to : CEO
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee all accounting functions and financial operations for a mission-driven nonprofit.
- Partner closely with the CEO on financial strategy, reporting, and organizational priorities.
- Lead and mentor two direct reports—the Accounting Manager and an Accounting Assistant.
- Collaborate across departments (development, programs, grants) to ensure transparency, compliance, and financial clarity.
- Prepare and present financial reports for leadership and the Board, ensuring accuracy and alignment with mission goals.
