Senior SAP HCM / ABAP-HCM Consultant

Need South Carolina Residents Only - Contract - Columbia, SC (Onsite)

Required :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Management, or related technical field AND 2 years of experience in system development or 10 years experience in computer application system development
4+ years HCM functional experience using SAP in a professional environment
Understanding of SAP Portal technology
Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Mail services in SAP through standard API
General understanding of the accounting process
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications including ERP
1+ year of SAP Workflow experience

Preferred :

Extensive WRICEF experience (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

LSMW / BDC programming

SAP HCM cluster tables knowledge

Dynamic Actions enhancements

Experience supporting HEI interface processing

Strong documentation and testing experience

After-hours SAP support availability

Specific Skills :

SAP HCM (PA / OM / Time / Payroll) functional configuration and workflow enhancements.

ABAP-HCM development, WRICEF objects, and interface troubleshooting.

Data migration using LSMW / BDC and HR cluster table updates.

SAP Portal and Fiori support SuccessFactors (LMS) integration.

SAP Mail Services API, reporting, and data extraction (Ad Hoc Query, Report Painter).

Organizational / Enterprise structure configuration and end-to-end issue resolution.
