Custodian of Records

The principal purpose of this position is to timely and accurately respond to subpoena duces tecum and other third-party requests for records and information served on the Company. Records include, but are not limited to : personnel files, video surveillance, POS transactions, real estate documents, benefits and payroll information.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Review the subpoena and determine whether it is properly served
• Identify, request and / or pull documents and information that are responsive to the subpoena
• Uses effective judgment to redact confidential and non-public information from public records where protected by federal or state laws
• Coordinate with attorney for proper review and response
• Develops and maintains a system to track all incoming requests and responses
