Aerodyn Engineering is expanding and actively hiring skilled CNC Machinists for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities in Indianapolis, IN . You'll machine parts for the aerospace and high-performance industries using cutting-edge equipment and exotic materials like Inconel, Hast-X, and 17-4 stainless. Whether you’re a lathe or mill specialist, there’s a place for you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce high-precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Maintain tight tolerances (up to 0.0001") on complex part geometries
• Work with stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other high-temp alloys
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges , and other precision tools
• Perform basic G-code edits (or full programming, if skilled)
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety protocols
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and fellow machinists to meet production goals
