Overview
Maimonides is currently seeking a Vice President, Medicine to serve as the administrative leader responsible for the overall management, development, and advancement of Medicine and its divisions. In close collaboration with faculty and senior leadership, the VP oversees the coordination and integration of clinical operations, education and research programs, network affiliations, and quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, business development, personnel management, physician recruitment and integration, productivity and utilization, marketing, space management, and Department operations; ensures alignment with institutional priorities and supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care through effective operational, financial, and administrative leadership.
