Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services

• Document treatments and progress in a timely and accurate manner

• Educate patients and families on exercises and functional mobility

• Maintain a safe and positive rehab environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care
