Territory : Saugus, Melrose, Malden, Everette, Chelsea, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop, Charlestown, South Boston

Pay Range - $45.00 - $50.00

Registered Nurse Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Completes and submits OASIS assessments, reassessments, transfers, resumptions of care, discharges and significant change in condition in accordance with Agency defined time frames.
