Administrative Assistant
A client of Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to sit onsite in Arlington, VA 4 days a week. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing daily office operations, handling mail and packages, coordinating office repairs and maintenance, supporting meetings (setup, catering, guest greeting), providing administrative support across departments, assisting with event logistics, managing office access and inventory, and maintaining office equipment and cleanliness. Compensation : $20 / hr to $30 / hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements Must Haves : Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, ability to manage a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities. Professional, polished appearance. Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in office administration or management support.
