The Quality & Customer Lead will oversee Quality Control & Quality Assurance at our Revesby site. Managing a small team, you will be the primary contact for customers when dealing with quality issues or driving quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on quality across our manufacturing lines – ensuring every product meets the highest standards.
- Be the go-to partner for our customers, helping them improve product quality and line performance while building strong, trusted relationships.
- Champion Food Safety, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems, keeping all certifications current and processes audit-ready.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with our site teams to lift can quality, boost efficiency, and deliver great results for our customers.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related fieldBackground in food, beverage, or packaging manufacturing is highly regardedComfortable engaging with customers, even in challenging situations, and can represent Orora with confidenceSolid understanding of Quality, Food Safety, HACCP, and SPC (Statistical Process Control) systemsInternal auditing experience is an advantageJ-18808-Ljbffr
