Senior Manager, Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (SMB).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 12+ software engineers, promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration

Develop business strategy and long-term roadmap for the platform and product portfolio

Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality systems

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a management role

Strong technical background with experience in Ruby on Rails and web application development

Experience managing and delivering complex engineering projects at scale

Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS

Experience in agile methodologies, including scrum and sprint processes
