SYNERGY HomeCare offers Home Health Aides, HHA :

Competitive pay between  $17.00 and $18.00 per hour , with short-shift bonuses for opportunities to make up to $25 per hour .  Pay is based on already having documented a Home Heath Aid training and testing.  Otherwise we can train and test you but you will start at a lower rate until confirmed as a Home Health Aid.

Company Paid HEALTH BENEFITS, at NO COST to the caregiver.

Paid Time Off which can be used for vacation, sick day, or personal days; even for part time and PRN team members

Time-and-a-Half or  Double-Time  when working certain Holidays

Flexible schedules  - work around school schedules or other job schedules

Paid  ongoing training - we pay you to take our training - we'll even pay for your CPR Certification

As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Provider personal care to clients as needed, including showering, toileting, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility transfers, fall prevention

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
