Our client, a leading organization in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a Business Analyst - Veeva RIM Submissions (Authoring Focus) to join their dynamic team. As a Business Analyst - Veeva RIM Submissions (Authoring Focus), you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Business Analyst - Veeva RIM Submissions (Authoring Focus)

Pay Range : What's the Job?

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements for Veeva RIM Submissions.

Translate regulatory business needs into system capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Support system implementation, including testing, validation, and migration activities.

Develop training materials and provide ongoing support for Veeva RIM authoring functionalities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement connectors and ensure seamless integration across Vaults.

What's Needed?

3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Life Sciences or Regulatory Affairs.

Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM Submissions, especially document management capabilities and end-to-end processes.

Familiarity with regulatory submission types such as eCTD, IND, NDA, and ANDA, along with Health Authority requirements.

Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Experience with business process development, system migration, validation, and training delivery.
