Heres what you will do :
- Sets strategic vision for performance in MAT programs which align with overall organizational strategic vision.
- Ensures operational consistency across all BHN MAT programs.
- Ensures that the MAT programs adhere to regulations and requirements of licensing bodies and funding sources.
- Leads quality assurance efforts for MAT programs in collaboration with division leadership.
- Embraces and works towards BHNs philosophy of one person / one plan and the goals of integrated, team-based care, population health management, and outcomes-driven.
- Maintains a healthy team environment within the department leadership, which supports independent decision making and collective teamwork with the goal of cultural adaptations within overall standardized expectations, policies, and protocols.
- Establishes key performance indicators for direct reports and monitors for.
- Works with interdepartmental partners and Executive Leadership Team as needed to ensure program performance is at or above expected levels on all key performance.
- Supervises direct reports in all aspects of professional development and their role in program operations.
- Recruits, interviews, and hires for vacancies in leadership.
- Fulfills role needed (Program Director / Clinical Supervisor / Clinical Manager) in the event of program leadership vacancies until the position is filled.
- Ensures that all direct reports are appropriately trained in all policies and procedures related to their role and the delivery of services within SUD at BHN.
- Provides regular individual and group supervision to assigned direct reports.
What youll bring :
Masters Degree or RN in a relevant health care field required.Independent licensure (i.e., LCSW / LDAC / LC / LMFT / LMHC) preferred.Minimum of 5 years management experience in a health care field.Valid drivers license and transportation available during all working hours required.Knowledge of regulatory and licensing requirements.Knowledge of DPH / BSAS licensed Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) and Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT)Knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) (Methadone / Vivitrol / Buprenorphine).Pay : $104,355-$138,270 per year
