- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performance TA organization capable of executing scaled hiring across complex construction & manufacturing verticals.
- Harness data, analytics, dashboards, recruiting KPIs and talent‑systems (ATS / CRM, LMS) to forecast, monitor, and optimize hiring velocity, quality, cost per hire, time to fill, and workforce‑planning accuracy.
- Partner with senior operations, manufacturing, engineering, and HR leadership to translate project forecasts and pipeline growth into proactive resourcing strategies.
- Introduce and refine talent‑technology stack : experience with UKG (or similar) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a strong plus.
- Activate and deepen your personal network within large‑scale construction, modular manufacturing, data‑center build‑out, and mission‑critical infrastructure to attract top‑tier, high‑impact candidates.
- Serve as a talent brand ambassador : represent the organization at industry events, build strategic partnerships with universities, trade schools, and craft organizations, and position the company as a premier employer in the mission‑critical construction market.
