Job description
A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for supporting HR Field Teams and managing various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters and managing onboarding documentation
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in administrative roles
Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant is beneficial
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
