A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage billing, cash receipts, and collections in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process sales orders and issue invoices in a timely manner
Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and resolve disputes related to invoices and payments
Monitor aging reports and assist with collection efforts in collaboration with the accounting team
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in a multi-entity organization, with professional services experience preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting platforms
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proven self-starter who can work effectively in a remote environment
