10+ years of experience in the talent domain, with expertise in Talent Acquisition Operations

5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing high-performing teams

Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic insights

Proven stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and cross-functional partners

Expertise in talent technology systems and a strong understanding of AI and automation
