UM Support Analyst – Onsite
Description : GENERAL FUNCTION
The UM Support Analyst / Admin administrative and data entry work supporting UM prior authorization requests, work in Facets, Filebound, Jira, outbound notification calls to providers and members.

Top 3-5 mandatory and / or minimum requirements : data entry experience, familiarity with excel and office
Top 3-5 desirable attributes / qualifications : Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask
Prior HealthFirst & Anthem prior authorization experience a plus.
