Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress.
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation for stakeholders and management.
