Inside Sales Coordinator

As Treese Media Group continues to grow its footprint through radio, digital media, live events, and community partnerships, we are expanding our sales and marketing team with an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organized, and driven individual who wants to build a long-term career in media.
We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Coordinator to support and accelerate WEEU's growing sales division. This role is perfect for someone with a background or interest in communications, broadcasting, public relations, marketing, or business administration who is eager to gain hands-on experience in media sales, account development, and revenue operations. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, initiating outreach to potential advertisers, assisting with campaign development, and supporting both outside sales representatives and station leadership. This is a core position within the organization, directly contributing to WEEU's revenue growth, brand expansion, and relationships in the Greater Reading market.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- On-site at WEEU's Reading office, with occasional off-site meetings or event support as needed
- Consistent schedule aligned with sales department, programming team, and leadership meetings
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead GenerationResearch local and regional businesses that align with WEEU's audience, programming, and event opportunitiesBuild and maintain a growing database of qualified leadsConduct outreach through cold calls, warm calls, emails, and LinkedIn communicationSchedule appointments and introductory discovery calls for management and sales representativesMeet and exceed weekly metrics for outreach, lead qualification, and appointments setSales Support & Client MaterialsCreate compelling one-sheets, sales decks, proposals, and client-facing pitch materialsAssist in packaging broadcast, digital, and event sponsorship opportunities into clear, marketable offeringsPrepare recap reports, affidavits, and follow-up documents after campaignsMaintain organized files for proposals, pricing sheets, promotional calendars, and yearly initiativesMarketing & Digital CollaborationWork with WEEU's social and digital team to identify new promotional opportunitiesAssist in the creation of sales-related content for social mediaHelp support cross-promotion of station events, contests, and live broadcastsMonitor local market trends, advertiser categories, and competitor activityAdministrative & Organizational SupportHelp manage the sales CRM and ensure accurate tracking of sales activitySupport coordination of client meetings, sponsorships, and annual planningAssist in event preparation including vendor communication, logistics, and on-site support when neededProvide general administrative support to the President and Sales DepartmentRequirements
Minimum of a 2-year Associate Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)Reliable transportation to and from WEEU's on-site locationStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyComfortable with phone outreach and working toward measurable goalsAbility to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced media environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is a plusPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the companyCompensation & Benefits
