Compensation
Base pay range : $160,000.00 / yr - $220,000.00 / yr
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategy for your domain - leverage market research, GTM feedback, and data insights to define a roadmap that drives differentiation, adoption, and measurable impact
- Drive execution at scale - guiding products from concept through launch and iteration, balancing innovation with speed and ensuring seamless delivery across thousands of classrooms
- Build AI-first experiences - partner with senior AI researchers and engineers to deliver personalization, recommendations, and insights that push the boundaries of how teachers and students interact with technology
- Lead with influence - work cross-functionally across engineering, design, GTM, and curriculum partners, ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum even in highly complex environments
- Transform traditional workflows - reimagine manual, paper-driven processes into best-in-class digital experiences that save time, surface insights at the right moment, and improve learning outcomes
- Champion outcomes, not just features - ensure products measurably improve teacher efficiency, student progress, and institutional adoption
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience, with proven success leading SaaS products at scaleStartup and growth experience - thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essentialProven product leadership - managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products, aligning stakeholders, and scaling solutions to large marketsStrong execution and strategic instincts - balancing user needs, business opportunities, and technical innovation while keeping teams focused on outcomesExceptional influence and communication skills - able to inspire teams, simplify complexity, and make sound decisions with confidenceStrong AI literacy - hands-on experience building with or integrating AI / ML systems, and the ability to partner with researchers and engineers from day oneBackground in education / ed-tech is welcome but not requiredHow You Work
