Job description
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President / Senior Vice President - Home Office Underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee underwriting operations and ensure compliance with company standards
Develop and implement underwriting strategies to achieve business objectives
Lead and mentor underwriting teams to enhance performance and productivity
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in underwriting, preferably in a leadership role
Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
Proven track record of strategic planning and execution
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Professional certifications in underwriting or insurance are advantageous
