HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave

Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and review policies for adherence

Assist in payroll processing and build relationships with Regional and Office Managers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

2-4 years of experience in a Human Resource function, preferably in healthcare

Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Multi-site HR experience is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Google Suite
