The Facilities Project Manager plays a critical role in advancing Community Action Marin's commitment to creating safe, functional, and inspiring environments for the children, families, and staff we serve. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of renovation and improvement projects across multiple childcare and program sites.
Working closely with the Director of Operations and Facilities Manager, this individual will bring a strong technical foundation, hands-on project management experience, and a collaborative spirit to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with CAM's mission, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management
Safety & Compliance
Promote and uphold a culture of safety across all job sites. Verify that contractors and staff follow proper safety protocols, CAL / OSHA guidelines, and environmental standards. Respond promptly to safety concerns and collaborate on corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with internal teams and program leaders to minimize disruption during construction and ensure site readiness. Act as the primary liaison between CAM, external vendors, and funding agencies regarding project timelines, updates, and compliance requirements. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and foster positive relationships.
