City Wide Facility Solutions Oakland is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to manage client relationships, oversee nightly operations, and ensure service quality across our commercial facility accounts.

This hybrid role blends the responsibilities of an Account Manager with second-shift operations and quality assurance oversight. If you're passionate about service delivery, problem-solving, and working with people, this is your chance to grow with a national leader in facility management.

Account & Facility Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients in the Oakland / East Bay area
• Manage and grow strong client relationships through site visits, communication, and service planning
• Coordinate services delivered by independent contractors (ICs) across janitorial and maintenance work
• Ensure services are completed on time, within scope, and according to contract terms
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through proactive client engagement
