A Midwestern architectural design firm has a great opportunity for a SeniorProject Architect in their Milwaukee office!
Responsibilities :
- Lead design process for a variety ofprojects including healthcare, college facilities and municipal buildings
- Lead projects through all developmentphases
- Supervise architectural team
- Construction administration and biddingprocess
- Build / maintain client relationships
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience with buildingdesign and documentation working in an architectural office
- Registered Architect
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience working with SketchUp, Exceland InDesign
- Experience developingspecifications, cost estimates, bid documents
Salary is commensurate with experience.
