Director of Crypto Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Crypto Operations to manage day-to-day crypto asset activities and ensure operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily price, risk monitoring, and liquidity management for supported digital assets

Establish controls for daily withdrawals and loan payouts, collaborating with the Loan Operations team

Manage custody operations, including institutional wallets and security measures

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in crypto operations or wallet management within a financial or fintech environment

Familiarity with institutional wallet providers and digital asset custody frameworks

Strong understanding of blockchain transactions and wallet security

Knowledge of DeFi platforms and on-chain analytics tools

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and data reconciliation skills
