Job descriptionWe’re looking for a results-driven Sales Rep / Account Manager to expand our logistics staffing division. This role is designed for someone with existing relationships in logistics staffing — warehouse managers, HR professionals, and supply chain directors — who can deliver immediate results. Use your existing relationships to secure new logistics and warehousing staffing clients. Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and continuous staffing success. Collaborate with our recruiting team to fill roles efficiently and effectively. Stay on top of market trends to position The Archetype Strategy as a top choice for logistics staffing. Consistently meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets. 2+ years of experience in logistics / warehousing staffing sales or account management . A strong network of relationships with 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and warehouse managers. Deep understanding of logistics operations and seasonal staffing demands. Proven sales track record in meeting and exceeding targets. High-energy self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment. Competitive pay with performance-based incentives.
