Platform Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Platform Operations professional to manage the onboarding and scaling processes for new portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Own the company launch and founder onboarding processes, scaling from 2 to 100+ companies per month

Utilize AI and collaborate with the Automation Engineer to streamline operations and manage critical company infrastructure

Monitor portfolio company performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and continuously improve the launch playbook

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of experience in operations within venture capital, startup studios, or high-growth technology companies

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Experience with business systems and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and SaaS platforms

Technical fluency and experience with AI tools and automation
