Job description

CNC Machinist / Programmer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist / Programmer

Responsibilities :

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and sketches to determine machining operations.
  • Design and fabricate basic fixtures and tools needed for production.
  • Use specialty inspection equipment to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspection of finished parts and troubleshoot any quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Skills / Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD files.
  • Experience with Okuma and Tsugami lathes and Fanuc controls is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Manual Guide I and IGF programming is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    • Compensation : $25-$40 / hourly, based on experience, competitive benefits
